Leadership is an influence process dependent on the relationship between leaders and subordinates. Getting things done through others implies a process of people working together to achieve shared goals and aspirations. However, in order for personnel to work cohesively, safely, ethically, and with a unified purpose, the individual must be supplied with the necessary leadership skills in order to succeed. Unfortunately, most people in the very early stages of their lives or careers are usually indoctrinated in management philosophy, which is entirely different from leadership skills:

We consult at strategic, operational and tactical levels on many facets of leadership. We offer in-house training which is held at your facility and public courses that can be presented at a host facility in your area.
