Registration - Overview
In an international teaching operation, ample lead time is required for the logistics of communications, shipping, instructor allotment and travel plans for our staff. For this reason, Darley Consulting Incorporated would appreciate receiving class registrations at least one month before the course, but will gladly accept registrations up to the day the class starts. Waiting until the last three weeks to register contributes to the likelihood that the course will be cancelled.
Tuition fees are due and payable in U.S. dollars upon confirmation of verbal, written, or online enrollment. Fees do not include living or transportation costs, but do include tuition, purchase price of course text and materials, and a $100.00 nonrefundable registration fee. Note: Tuition fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Value Added Tax (VAT). Where applicable due to government regulations, GST or VAT will be added to the total tuition fees.
Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Substitutions
Darley Consulting Incorporated will give you a complete refund if you cancel up to two weeks before the course begins. If it is necessary to cancel an enrollment, full tuition, less the nonrefundable registration fee of $100.00, will be refunded providing the cancellation is received two weeks or more prior to the course. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days before a course. Enrollments are not automatically cancelled if tuition payment is not received by the start of the course. A paid enrollment may be transferred one time to a future course if the request is received before the 14 day cut-off period. If not, tuition is nonrefundable. Substitutions for individuals enrolled may be made at any time. Darley Consulting Incorporated reserves the right to cancel a course if enrollment is insufficient to ensure maximum effectiveness. This decision is made approximately two weeks before the course begins. If this occurs, enrollees will receive a full refund or be given the opportunity to transfer to another course date. Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making travel and hotel arrangements, as we cannot be responsible for fees charged for canceling or changing your ticket. A 6% service fee is attached to any request to change payment from one credit card to another.
A certificate of participation is awarded to each person who satisfactorily completes a course.
Normal class hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour for lunch.
