Our intense and comprehensive training and assessment program will provide concrete evidence of a soldier’s competency before entering the battle domain. As noted in TRADOC’s mission statement above, DCI training will ensure competency in mission completion while attending the following programs:

• First Sergeant Academy
• U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy
